F1 Logistics, Mexico City - Foundations for Success Coaching Programme

"Although since its inception our company has been profitable, my partners and I did not have a clear idea about which way we would take F1 Logistics. For a period of time, we were confused and struggled to agree about its future. We learned about Ology and its Coaching Programs and carefully analyzed the convenience to invest in such a program. We attended an explanatory session about the benefits of coaching and, although quite skeptical, we decided to try it out.

Since our involvement with Ology, we were able to define who we are, what we want to do with our business and where do we want to take it. We already have a solid base to go forward, with well-defined goals and action plans to continue generating value for many years; most importantly, we are now in agreement most of the time.
