Established in 1989 we have developed as a software solutions
provider focusing initially on manufacturing systems.
We have grown organically and have expanded our product range
with a team who are predominantly technical.
Our involvement with Ology began in Nov 2007, and our brief was
to develop and grow the business, the key points for this
being:
The Plan.
Working with John we developed a plan for growth and identified
what was required to achieve it.
The Sales Team.
John's knowledge and experience in the recruitment process was
key to putting the right team in place, this included identifying,
profiling and interviewing candidates. The Sales team has expanded
over the past 12 months and John has been heavily involved in
focusing and coaching our sales team at both
personal and team levels. As a result we have a great sales team
providing us with some encouraging figures.
Business Processes.
In order to expand our business and support our sales team we
needed to refine our processes, John's approach has helped us
identify where and how to improve these, many of these changes have
been implemented.
Coaching.
The team behind the business were key to developing the
business, John has coached key members in the team to achieve great
results both for the business and themselves.
We are now in a strong position having the team and structure in
place to enable us to further the business. We have had set backs
along the way and have worked with John in resolving these.
We are continuing working with John and progressing our plan, we
are all very focused and encouraged by all our achievements.
