Business Coaching, within Midlands companies, is expected to double over the next two years.
Nick Elkin from Solihull based CRM software developers, Touch Systems Ltd, comments "Several of our management and staff have been through the Ology coaching programme and we have been positively shocked at the change in each individual's outlook on their careers and life in general and we would strongly recommend that other firms get involved"
Tony Jones, one of Ology's founding Directors explains "Business coaching is primarily about enabling an individual, or a team, to achieve their goals and aspirations more quickly with a coach than without one".
And it is working - Business coaching is a boom industry in the UK and experts predict 2010 will be the busiest ever.
What's behind the trend? An online survey of 1,320 small to medium size business owners and managers revealed the startling statistic that 7 out of 10 business owners are "Stressed most of the time" [at work].
The same survey also revealed that 64% claim to be generally unsatisfied with their working life. Long working hours, employee relationships and disappointing performance were identified as the main problem areas.
"More and more business owners are starting to look outside their business for an objective view on how to put it right" Tony added: "We're all about delivering tangible results - whether a client has problems increasing turnover and bottom line profits or recruiting the right staff."
Ology, the Business Coaching Licence, is expecting to grow by 100% in the next twelve months and is actively recruiting professionals who have a passion for helping individuals, and companies realise their goals.
