My mission

My mission is to bring the benefits of coaching to as many business owners and business managers as possible. Why? Because I have personally seen the enormous benefits which Ology business coaching can bring.  Most organisations and individuals, regardless of how well they are performing, can achieve results which were not believed to be possible before they participated in the coaching process.

It really is quite extraordinary what knowledge, skills and self belief can be uncovered with the help of a professional ongoing coaching relationship.

About me

I graduated from University College Cork with a business degree and went on to study and train as a Chartered Management Accountant in UK and in France.  I am professionally trained business coach and a certified mediator.   I am a  Government appointed non-executive director of the Cork Airport Authority and advisor and business coach to several long term clients.

My work experience spans publishing, travel and tourism, hotels, manufacturing, textiles, retail and distribution in Ireland, England, Scotland, France and USA.

I have been interested in philosophy for over 15 years and have come to realise that the best place to be is in the present!   I am married with two children  - one girl and one boy.

I am a fair weather sailor, play a dodgy tune on the piano and an even more dodgy tune on the guitar.
