My mission

Helen is passionate about supporting business owners and encouraging business development through coaching programmes. She recognises that in today's commercial challenge it is important to motivate people to set high goals which may necessitate going outside of their comfort zones to achieve success.

By being licensed with Ology she believes that she has found a winning combination: her own business expertise and coaching skills fully supported by Ology's extensive suite of tried and tested business tools which have immediate impact on any client business. This combination makes a difference and achieves results directly improving the bottom line of any business.

About me

Helen has a successful 25 year track record in the roles of marketing, organisational and business development, training and general management positions within the UK and overseas. She is a regular key note speaker on management topics at conferences in the UK and overseas (South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia) as well as a provider of management and business consultancy in such places as China, Australia, Morocco and Bahrain. During her career she has written three nationally accredited training qualifications and a management diploma as well as authoring three management manuals.

With a Masters in Communication and trained in counselling skills, Helen finds that the optimal use of her skills is in providing business coaching to small and medium sized businesses. She strongly believes that the way to maximise business development is through addressing processes and people equally and simultaneously through working on a collaborative basis with the business owner.
