I know how frustrating it can be when you just do not seem to be
achieving the results that you both want and deserve and I want to
help unlock the potential within business owners and managers to
enable them to really take off.
I do this by......

the issues and help to develop greater awareness of the challenges
and opportunities facing the business and the people within it
Clearing the fog - ensuring that all available
options are considered which are specific to the individual
business concerned so that the actions chosen to be taken are the
right ones
Creating champions - helping the people within
a business take ownership to deliver on lasting change which drives
the business on to greater success
Most of the time it is a progression of little steps that make
the difference but every now and then you get one of those
breakthrough "light bulb" moments, either way it's a great feeling
when you see your clients succeeding.
About me
Insightful, understanding, flexible, challenging and experienced
are just some of the words that my clients have used to describe
me. I believe in adopting a practical no nonsense approach using a
combination of my professional coaching skills and my business
experiences, both successful and not so successful, to focus
on what is really important for my clients.
Based upon my background and experience the types of people I
can really help are:-
Construction Industry Companies - 30 years in
the construction industry gives me an understanding of the
particular issues and pressures of this challenging sector and it
would be a shame to waste all that experience.
Managing Directors/ Chief Executives -
sometimes you need an independent sounding board, I know I did when
I sat in the hot seat.
Businesses going through a change of direction or
ownership - I learnt a great deal from being part of a
management buy-out team. Making all those plans is great but what
really needs to happen to turn them into reality?
Successful people - my experience as a coach
has shown me that it is often the successful people who get the
most from a coaching programme as they are the ones who are
prepared to take the actions which make the difference.
